Shipping Options

Shipping options are designed to ensure that your product arrives at the peak of freshness. Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Perishables:
Please note that all perishable items are automatically shipped NEXT DAY (next business day) to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with dry ice or ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment.

Shipping Times
In-stock items ordered before 5:30 pm PST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.

• Under normal conditions, orders placed before 5:30 pm PST Monday through Thursday will ship that day.
  
• Orders placed after 5:30 pm PST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
  
• Orders placed after 5:30 pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship on the weekend.

Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.
Orders containing perishables, placed between 5:30 pm PST Thursday and 5:30 pm PST Monday, will ship on Monday.

Saturday Delivery:
This service is available in limited areas for an additional fee. To see if your delivery area qualifies, call us toll-free at 866 8-OAXACA to place your order.

We manufacture fine products, have outstanding quality and know you will be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you or those who receive your gifts are not pleased, within 30 days of receipt we will gladly accept your return and replace your purchase or offer a full refund. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address and are based on the total cost of your order, as illustrated in the following table. Gift certificates are an exception: The shipping charge is $5.00 per gift card regardless of the card amount. We will adjust the charge to your credit card accordingly upon receipt of your order. All other items in your order will incur shipping charges based upon total order amount according to the schedule below.

Next Day Delivery add $24.75 per address
Express Delivery add $9.95 per address
