Oaxaca 2008 Guelaguetza Culinary and Cultural Tour

Registration Information
Tour is limited to no more then 12 participants per
week and is lead by Ron Kent, a professional chef, educator and
manufacturer of authentic Oaxacan food products along with Zaida
Maria Kent, a native Oaxaquena. Guest faculty include Professional
Oaxacan food artisans; bread bakers, mescal distillers, cheese makers
and many more listed.
Price Includes:
Seven nights, eight days, fully escorted expert leadership, local
transportation via air-conditioned van according to the itinerary,
accommodations as indicated, all meals and tasting as indicated,
all culinary and cultural visits as indicated, pick-up from airport
upon arrival, and drop off for departure at airport.
Price Does Not Include:
Transportation to and from Oaxaca, items of personal nature, such
as gratuities, special diets, alcoholic beverages (other then those
as part of class or demonstrations), laundry and ironing services,
and any charges in excess of those covered by this travel package.
Price: The cost of the trip
is $2650. per person based on double occupancy.
A single occupancy
supplement is $600. for seven nights. We guarantee that
our published trip price will not change. Please read the full itinerary
for details of what is included. A deposit of 50% of the total price
per person is required for this tour. Your reservation will not
be confirmed until Oaxacan Foods - Travel Program, receive a deposit.
The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to departure. You
may pre-pay the entire balance at any time. If payment is not received
according to this schedule, we will consider your reservation cancelled.
Cancellations:
All cancellations, regardless of reason, must be in writing. The
following fees will apply in the event of cancellation:

The cancellation fees may be waived in the event that
a replacement is found for your trip space(s). It is your responsibility
to be adequately insured. We strongly recommend traveler's insurance.
Oaxacan Foods - Travel Program reserves the right to cancel any
trip. In such cases, a full refund of the trip will be provided.
Oaxacan Foods Travel Program is not responsible however, for additional
expenses incurred by participants preparing for the trip. Oaxacan
Foods - Travel Program will notify trip participants at least 45
days in advance of a trip if that trip needs to be cancelled.
