At Oaxacan Foods we guarantee absolute satisfaction. If you experience any problem with any of our products, customer service, shipping, or even if you just plain don't like what you bought, please let us know. We'll do whatever it takes to make it right for you.

What are my shipping options?
We ship using UPS or FedEx. With their 2-Day Service, we usually send packages Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, to arrive Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, respectively. All shipping prices are for the United States only. Inquiries for International shipping can be directed to productservice@oaxacanfoods.com or 866 8-OAXACA.

You need your product really fast?
Overnight delivery is available, add $15 to the 2-day rates.

You don't feel secure?
We wouldn't have it any other way. All oaxacanfoods.com transactions take place on a secure server. Your information is encrypted before it is sent through the Internet. If you still don't feel comfortable sending your credit card over the Internet, no problem - just give us a call (866 8-OAXACA) and we will be happy to fill your order over the phone.
