Tamale Party - $50. per person
Back by popular demand. Learn the special art of authentic tamale making in this hands-on-class. The menu for this fun filled evening will also include learning how to make traditional Mexican refreshments. Master such tamales as Mole Chicken wrapped in Banana Leaves; Tamale Verde de Etla with Squash Blossoms, Pork, Butternut Squash, Fresh Corn, Zucchini and Guajillo Salsa; and Sweet Corn Tamales with Raisins. Served with the tamales will be Rice, Oaxacan Black Beans and Agua de Limon.
Baking and Pastry 101 - $50. per person
Do you hesitate when it comes to making pastries or baked goods? We will learn in this evening how to make perfect doughs like Pâtè Brisèe, Pâtè Choux and Simple Cookies. The menu will include Tarte Tatin, Fresh Fall Fruit Frangipane Tart, Chocolate Eclairs, and Oatmeal, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Mexican Fiesta - Gluten-free Dinner - $65. per person
We will tonight dedicate an entire menu to showcase the essence of Mexican cookery - Corn, Chiles, Tomatoes and Chocolate. All Gluten Free!
Heirloom Tomato Soup with corn and thyme. Vegan and gluten free. Chile Relleno - Fresh fire-roasted pasilla chile stuffed and fried. Filled with mushrooms and Goat Cheese. Covered with spicy tomato sauce.
Empanadas - Con Pollo o Champiñones with fresh corn tortillas folded and stuffed with mole amarillo, quesillo, and epazote, Poached chicken and sautéed mushrooms with garlic. Grilled Salmon with Mixe Glaze with sautéed chard, roast butternut. Black beans and Mexican rice. Flourless chocolate cake with chocolate sorbet
Day of the Dead Celebration Dinner - $75. per person
Celebrate Dia de los Muertos. Learn how to make - Tiny Hors d'Oeuvres Tamales; Antojitos of Molotes with Chorizo and Potatoes, topped with Black Beans and Fresh Guacamole; Fresh local fish wrapped in Hoja Santa Leaves with Mole; Spanish Rice; Oaxacan Black Beans and "Popocatepetl" Mexican Chocolate Lava Cake. Quench your thirst with Agua de Limon. Enjoy Pan de Muerto and Authentic Hot Chocolate with us while we prepare a traditional Altar with Sugar Skulls for Los Difuntos, the departed ones.
